T&T Construction, Inc. is a $20 million per year general engineering contractor employing 60 people to provide quality construction services for all of Arizona. Since our incorporation in 1983, T&T Construction, Inc. has completed projects for the Cities of Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Peoria, Lake Havasu, Flagstaff, Winslow, Miami, Avondale, Buckeye and Lakeside. We have also completed contracts for the White Mountain Apache Reservation, the Fort McDowell Yavapai Reservation and the Gila River Pima Reservation.

In the past years serving the towns of and cities of Arizona, we have developed working relationships with all the public works departments, the traffic departments and the engineering departments allowing us to successfully complete projects on time and without conflict. During these 25 years we have also developed an extensive subcontractor and supplier team that have helped insure a quality product for our clients.

T&T Construction, Inc. excels in the installation of sewer line, water line, storm drain, pump stations and lift stations. We specialize in underground pipeline of all sizes from 2" to 102" for municipalities throughout the state.

Key Personnel:

Robert W. Trulson, President
Rob co-founded T&T Construction, Inc. in Arizona in 1983 with his brother, Ted, who retired in 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has recently assumed the title of President. His responsibilities include bidding/estimating and project management; in addition, he is the safety officer of the company. He is also in charge of asset purchase decisions, employment decisions, compliance with federal and state contract and employment law, and communication with owners to ensure ultimate complete contract satisfaction.

Rob is involved in many community projects in Fountain Hills, is certified as a private pilot with instrument rating, and has a black belt in Tang So Do.

Mark Watson, General Superintendent
Mark has a lifetime of construction experience and has been with T&T Construction, Inc. since 1988.  Before relocating to Arizona, he worked with this company’s co-founders at FP&T Construction in Wisconsin.

Bill Syphers, Project Manager
Bill has been with T&T Construction, Inc. since 1991. As a foreman until just recently, he was instrumental in the completion of many complicated projects throughout the state. Since assuming a Project Manager role in 2007 he has earned a solid reputation in all aspects of project management.

Edward Henan, P.E., Project Manager
Ed joined the T&T Construction, Inc. staff in 2006, bringing 20 years of project management experience with him.  He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming and carries the designation of Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona.

Dale Krater, Project Foreman
Dale has been with T&T Construction, Inc. since 1994 and has held almost every construction position in this company. He has been progressively assigned as top man, pipe layer and heavy equipment operator. He is presently employed as foreman, and has also held the positions of project manager and landscape superintendent.

Zane Moody, Project Foreman
Zane has been employed by T&T Construction, Inc. since 1996 and has also held almost every construction position in this company. Zane is our primary expert for anything mechanical and in this role is instrumental in every job we undertake.

Justin Bullard, Project Foreman
Justin has been with T&T Construction, Inc. since 2001 and assumed a foreman role in 2007. Justin also has a military background in close combat instructing and heavy artillery.

Aaron McCreery, Project Foreman
Aaron has been with T&T Construction, Inc. since 2003; he assumed a foreman position in 2010. Aaron also has special skills in confined space entry procedures and diving medicine/decompression chamber operations.
