24” Water Transmission Main 56th Street Loop 101 to Pinnacle Peak
Description of Project: The project consisted of installing 15,300 linear feet of welded 24” CCP Water Transmission Main, as well as 91 linear feet of 42” steel casing using jack and bore method.
Miscellaneous work: 2,600 SY asphalt concrete, cathodic protection, 3,786 SY of temporary asphalt concrete, removing and salvaging over 50 native trees, 166,000 SY clearing grubbing, seeding, pressure testing, chlorination, bacteria testing, manufactured CLSM, large diameter tie‐ins, microseal, striping, culvert removal and replacement.

Role of the Firm: General Contractor, 85% Self Performed.
Construction Cost (Original & Final): $3,235,220; Final Contract Amount $3,404,041. (The City desired additional
work items on the project to enhance and complement the original scope of work)
